Consumables & Materials

Dental Consumables

Impression materials, restorative products, burs, and disposables supplied on a schedule that fits your clinic, with the fast-moving lines held in stock. Batch consistency, clear expiry dates, and pricing that stays predictable across repeat orders.

A consumable supply you can plan around

Consumable shortages interrupt treatment schedules, and inconsistent materials cost chair time. We build a standing list around what your clinicians actually use — impression materials, composites, bonding agents, burs, sutures, gloves, and anaesthetic cartridges — and keep it replenished on an agreed cycle instead of waiting for someone to notice the shelf is empty. Each line is quoted with pack size, unit price at your order volume, and typical lead time.

We buy from manufacturers we have inspected and continue to audit, so a repeat order behaves the same as the first one. Batch numbers and production dates are recorded on every shipment, near-dated stock is flagged before it leaves the warehouse, and consumables can be consolidated with equipment in a single container to reduce your freight cost. Where a product needs local registration, we supply the supporting documents as well.

Category coverage

The lines a working clinic reorders

We can quote by category or as a fixed monthly list, whichever suits the way you manage stock.

01

Impression & Restorative

Addition and condensation silicones, alginates, and polyether, plus light-cure composites, bonding agents, glass ionomers, and luting cements. Shade ranges and pack sizes are quoted against your order volume, with consistency maintained between batches on repeat lines.

02

Burs & Endodontics

Diamond and carbide burs in the shapes and grits you use daily, together with endodontic files, gutta-percha, paper points, and rotary systems. We map your existing bur chart to our catalogue numbers so reordering stays simple and mismatches drop.

03

Infection Control

Examination and surgical gloves, masks, bibs, suction tips, cotton rolls, needles, syringes, and sterilisation pouches. Pack counts and sizes are confirmed before shipping, and the highest-turnover disposables are kept on a standing replenishment schedule so your chairside stock does not run out mid-week.

04

Preventive & Anaesthetic

Prophy paste and cups, fluoride varnish, sealants, polishing strips, topical gels, and anaesthetic cartridges where your market permits. We check local registration requirements with you before quoting, so nothing is held up at customs on arrival.

How consumable supply is managed

  • A standing order list built from your usage history and reviewed each quarter against actual consumption.
  • Batch numbers and production dates recorded on packing lists and invoices for full traceability.
  • Minimum remaining shelf life agreed up front, with near-dated stock flagged before dispatch.
  • Consolidated shipments and mixed containers, so freight cost per item stays low.

Questions clinics ask us

Is there a minimum order quantity for consumables?

We work with per-category minimums rather than one blanket figure. Popular items ship from stock in case quantities, while materials such as impression silicones are usually ordered by carton. Mixed orders are welcome, and we will tell you which lines need a higher quantity to reach a sensible freight cost.

How do you handle expiry dates and batch traceability?

Every consumable line carries a minimum remaining shelf life that we agree with you in writing before the order is placed, usually twelve to eighteen months for materials. Batch and lot numbers appear on the packing list and invoice, so a delivery can be traced back to its production run if a clinician ever raises a question.
