Many clinics and distributors buy from China without ever visiting a factory, which makes supplier selection the real risk. We shortlist manufacturers against your specification, visit and audit the ones that qualify, and report back with photographs, capacity figures, and the certifications they actually hold rather than the ones printed in a brochure. Where two suppliers are close, we compare samples side by side.
From there we run the order: production follow-up, in-line and pre-shipment inspection, carton and pallet photographs, customs documents, booking, and tracking through to arrival. If a unit arrives damaged or fails early, we open the claim with the supplier, arrange the replacement or the part, and handle the shipping paperwork. You receive one status report a week while the order is in production.

We review your treatment mix, patient volume, and budget, then recommend equipment and consumable specifications with the trade-offs explained. Where you already have a preferred brand, we source it or propose the closest equivalent and say plainly what differs.
Shortlisting, factory visits, capacity checks, and certification verification: ISO 13485, CE, FDA, or local registration documents as applicable. You receive a written supplier report with photographs before any deposit is paid, so the decision stays yours. Previous export markets and references are checked where the supplier allows.
In-line and pre-shipment inspection against the agreed specification, quantity and packing checks, carton photographs, and the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and declarations needed for customs clearance. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your request on larger orders.
Freight booking by sea, air, or express, consolidated shipments, and tracking updates until the goods clear. After arrival we handle warranty claims, spare-part orders, and technical questions, chasing the manufacturer on your behalf and reporting progress until the issue is closed.
That is the usual arrangement. We attend the factories, inspect the goods, and send photographs and inspection notes at each stage, so the order can be followed remotely. If you prefer to visit for a larger project, we arrange the itinerary and interpretation and accompany you to the shortlisted suppliers.
Report it with photographs and the carton markings, and we raise the claim with the supplier and the freight forwarder. Depending on the cause we arrange a replacement part, a replacement unit, or a credit, and manage the paperwork and re-shipping. Parts are usually dispatched within days of agreement.
