Clinic Fit-Out Packages

Integrated Solutions

For new clinics and expansion projects, we assemble the equipment list, consumable starter kit, and delivery schedule as one package. One quotation, one point of contact, and payment milestones that follow your build.

One package instead of a dozen orders

Opening or expanding a clinic usually means coordinating a chair supplier, an imaging vendor, a compressor installer, an autoclave dealer, and a consumable distributor. We take the whole list instead: operatory equipment, sterilisation, imaging, handpieces, small instruments, cabinetry where required, and the first months of consumables, quoted together with a delivery sequence that matches your construction schedule. One invoice, one shipping plan, one team answering the questions.

We start from your floor plan, chair count, and treatment mix, then produce an equipment schedule you can review item by item before committing. Budget ranges are shown early so priorities can be set, and where a category is not needed at opening we leave it out and tell you when to revisit it. Nothing ships until the list has been signed off.

How the package is built

Four stages from floor plan to first patient

The sequence matters as much as the equipment. Each stage is confirmed with you before the next one starts.

01

Plan Review

We read your floor plan, room dimensions, and services layout to check equipment fit, door widths, ceiling height, power points, drainage, and compressor location. Anything that needs adjusting is listed in writing, because a problem found now costs far less than one found on installation day.

02

Equipment Schedule

A line-by-line list covering operatory equipment, sterilisation, imaging, handpieces, small instruments, and consumable starter stock, with model, key specifications, quantity, unit price, and lead time. Where alternatives exist at different price points, they are shown side by side.

03

Phased Delivery

Large items and consumables are grouped into shipments timed to your build: crates that would block the site are held back, while items needed for the services rough-in arrive first. Payment milestones follow the same sequence rather than a single upfront sum.

04

Installation & Handover

Delivery to site, unloading arrangements, commissioning support, and operator walk-throughs are scheduled together. We supply manuals, warranty documents, and a labelled spare-parts list, and remain reachable through the first months while your team settles in.

What an integrated package includes

  • Operatory equipment, sterilisation, imaging, handpieces, and small instruments combined in one quotation.
  • Consumable starter stock sized to your first months of operation, not a generic box.
  • A delivery sequence coordinated with your construction schedule and services rough-in programme.
  • One point of contact for documentation, shipping updates, installation, and warranty claims.

Questions clinics ask us

Can a full clinic fit-out be delivered in stages as funds allow?

Yes, and most projects are. We mark each item in the schedule as phase one, phase two, or optional, so you can open with the chairs and sterilisation you need and add imaging or a second operatory later. Prices and lead times on deferred items are held for an agreed period, usually six months.

How accurate is the budget before we commit?

Early on we work in ranges, based on chair count, treatment mix, and the specification level you prefer, and we show where the main cost sits. Once the floor plan and model list are fixed, this becomes a firm itemised quotation with freight and duties stated separately, so there are no surprise lines at the end.
