We will be exhibiting at the next international dental exhibition, held from 12 to 14 June 2026 in Hall B, Stand 24. Over three days our team will present the equipment lines and consumable categories we currently supply to clinics and distributors, and we will be available for one-to-one meetings on sourcing, specification, and channel cooperation. This note sets out what will be on the stand, who will be there, and how to book a meeting in advance.

The stand is organised around three themes. The first is operatory equipment: dental units, suction and compressor systems, and imaging devices, presented with their installation and utility requirements. The second is consumables, covering rotary instruments, impression materials, and infection-control products, shown together with the inspection criteria and typical lead times that apply to each category. The third is project support — how a clinic or a distributor can plan a multi-room fit-out with one consolidated order, one delivery schedule, and one service contact.

Who you will meet

Our sales and technical staff will be at the stand for the full three days, including two engineers who handle specification review and commissioning support, and a colleague responsible for export documentation and logistics. Clinics can discuss room layouts, utility requirements, and consumable volumes. Distributors can review pricing structures, minimum order quantities, and territory arrangements with the channel team. Conversations are treated as confidential, and projects still at the planning stage are welcome.

Appointments can be reserved before the show using the contact form on this site, or through your usual contact at Shanzhi Dental. Please include your clinic or company name, the categories you want to review, and a preferred time window. We will confirm a slot and send a short agenda in advance, together with the documents most relevant to your enquiry. Walk-in visitors are welcome at any time, although booked meetings are given priority during peak hours.

What to bring if you have a project in progress

If you are planning a new clinic or an upgrade, bringing floor plans, an equipment list, and recent consumable usage shortens the discussion considerably. Our engineers can review dimensions and utility requirements at the stand and sketch a preliminary configuration; for larger projects we will follow up after the show with a formal quotation and a proposed delivery plan. Distributors who bring territory information and expected annual volumes will receive a first proposal within two weeks of the event.

An exhibition is only worth the time if it ends with something concrete: a specification, a quotation, or a delivery plan with names and dates attached.

After the event we will publish a short summary of the questions raised most often at the stand, along with the product categories added to our supply platform this year. Anyone who cannot attend can hold the same conversation online: we run video meetings in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, and can arrange introductions to the partner factories behind the products we supply. We look forward to meeting you in June.
